Class of 1974 | 50th Reunion
Class of ‘74 Reunion
The FHS Class of ’74 Reunion Planning Committee is very excited to invite you to our 50th Reunion this September 27th and 28th! We have finalized plans for three main events, including a golf scramble at Clovernook Country Club, a casual Kickoff event at HighGrain Brewing, and the Main Event at Clovernook Country Club.
Another event that we have planned is a tour of the Finneytown Secondary Campus (Junior and Senior High School). The campus is about to undergo a major renovation and this tour will showcase the future plans. Buildings will likely be under demolition at the time of the tour.
We hope you can join us for many of the fun activities we have planned for this monumental weekend. If the costs for these events would make a difference between you attending or not, please contact Anne Wirtz Keen @ siestakeen@aol.com for alternative arrangements.

All Classmates and Guests are welcome to play. We will try to divide teams evenly based on Player Level. The “Nook” will be open and available for purchasing refreshments using cash or credit card. FRIDAY NIGHT - KICKOFF AT HIGHGRAIN BREWING (September 27, 2024)
HighGrain Brewing purchased the building where Brentwood Bowl was when we were in High School and opened for business this May. This location will undoubtedly bring back a lot of memories for many of us. Besides being a regular hangout for many of us, there were also “after prom” and other events there as well. We are very excited that they opened in time for us to include this as part of our Reunion plans!

This will be a cash bar event and will include appetizers and food stations (Taco Bar, Slider Bar, Salad Bar and Dessert Bar), which will allow everyone time to visit and mingle throughout the evening. There will be some memorabilia on display and a tribute to our classmates who are no longer with us. There will be a photographer present to capture impromptu pictures throughout the evening in addition to a group picture.

Calling all Finneytown alumni, current families, and community members! Let’s keep the Homecoming spirit alive after the parade and celebrate together! Whether you're a proud Wildcat from years past or a current community member, we want to see you there.
Alumni Weekend Legacy Celebration
Join us for the Legacy Celebration at Highgrain Brewery, a special fundraiser to support current and future students and the Finneytown Alumni Network. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve your place for just $20 per person.
During this event, we will honor the 1974 State Soccer Champions and pay tribute to John Coleman, who passed away earlier this year. Hear captivating stories from the champions, witness the announcement of an exciting official partnership, and learn about the future of the Finneytown Alumni Network.

Join us for the Legacy Ceremony as we honor the 50th anniversary of the 1974 State Soccer Team and induct Jan Bennett into the Finneytown Hall of Fame. Hear inspiring stories from alumni and celebrate the remarkable achievements of our community. This special event is a wonderful opportunity to connect with old friends and commemorate our shared history.
Alumni Weekend Golf Scramble
Join us for a fantastic day of golf at Glenview on Saturday, August 31st! We have (12) tee times reserved, and we need your help to spread the word and fill these spots quickly. The cost is $100 per golfer, which includes 18 holes, cart fee, and door prizes. Remaining proceeds will benefit Finneytown and the Finneytown Alumni Network (FAN). Don’t miss this chance to reconnect with fellow alumni and support a great cause!

2nd Annual Finneytown Educational Showcase
🌟 Calling all Finneytown Alumni and Community members! 🌟
Join us for the 2nd Annual Finneytown Educational Showcase on May 22nd! It's a chance to give back and support our current students as they shine with their Project-Based Learning projects. Students have developed an array of public products to show you! From science presentations to puppet shows, this fun and diverse event highlights the many talents and treasures of Finneytown students and the community.
